Helping Calgarians move smartly and confidently for over two decades
A Lifelong Connection to Real Estate
Real estate has always been part of my story. I was born and raised in Calgary—something that’s becoming increasingly rare—and I grew up in a family whose primary income came from real estate. That early exposure shaped what has become both my profession and my passion. (And yes—Monopoly is still my favorite board game.)
Strategic Thinking Meets Hands-On Experience
I hold a degree in Economics from the University of Calgary, with a focus on strategic market positioning and entrepreneurship. These studies taught me how to think analytically, negotiate effectively, and adapt quickly to changing markets—all of which directly benefit the clients I serve.
After university, I spent five years renovating homes throughout Calgary—buying, upgrading, and selling properties. That experience taught me what buyers value, how to maximize their renovation budget, and how to manage time and money effectively. It also kickstarted my personal investment portfolio, reinforcing my belief that real estate remains one of the best long-term investments you can make.
Real Estate Is What I Do—Full Time, Full Commitment
Since 2005, I’ve been fully dedicated to real estate sales. I started at Royal LePage and have remained committed to continuous education, coaching, and professional growth. I'm a Certified Condo Specialist, I’ve served on the CREB Condo Audit Committee, the Political Action Committe (PAC) and have a strong understanding of lifestyle-driven housing trends in Calgary.
Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of clients navigate the market with confidence—whether buying, selling, investing, or transitioning.
A Focus on Empty Nesters, Retirees & Estate Sales
In recent years, I’ve specialized in helping empty nesters and retirees plan their next move—whether it’s downsizing, relocating, or simplifying their lifestyle. I provide clear guidance, help prep homes for maximum value, and ensure the entire process feels manageable and aligned with their goals.
I also support Generation X clients who are helping aging parents transition, often while holding Power of Attorney. These clients rely on me to assist and coordinate—from smart renovation choices to legal and logistical considerations.
Author of the Downsize Road Map (DSRM)
To support my downsizing clients, I’ve authored a free guide called the Downsize Road Map (DSRM)—a practical, step-by-step resource for those looking to simplify their space without sacrificing quality of life. It’s designed to help individuals and families make informed, confident decisions about what comes next.
Community Matters When You’re Downsizing
I’ve mapped out downsizer-friendly communities throughout Calgary that offer features like bungalows, villas, walkable access to shopping and dining, green space, recreation, and healthcare. These neighborhoods are ideal for those who want to stay active, connected, and close to the things they enjoy most.
A Data-Driven, Lifestyle-First Approach
As a long time student of REIN’s investment principles, I believe in making decisions based on data, not hype. I stay plugged into the economic factors that shape our local market—so my clients always have the clarity and insight they need to move forward with confidence.
Calgary continues to be a dynamic, lifestyle-rich city. With our restaurant scene, parks, recreation, and quick access to the Rockies, it’s more than just a place to live—it’s a place to thrive.
